ABOUT ME
ALIESH D. PIERCE, LE, CLT
"I believe that everyone deserves to have access to holistic professional skin care."
I have honed my skincare philosophy over three decades of working with faces - first, as an on-set makeup artist, then, as a professional esthetician turned published author, brand consultant, and esthetics educator. [Full Bio Available]
Having served as the personal makeup artist for renowned individuals like Michelle Obama, actress Ming-Na Wen, and music artist India.Arie, I deliver a personalized experience to each client I touch. My approach remains as attentive and meticulous as when I worked with supermodels like Linda Evangelista and Christy Turlington in my early years as an on-set makeup artist in Milan.
At my private skincare studio in Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia, I extend this same high level of care to every client who walks through the door.
In addition to my hands-on work, I founded the Equitable Esthetician Training platform to teach other estheticians my approach.
My pursuit for equity in esthetics also inspired me to launch The Equitable Skincare Project, an initiative offering free and donation-based facials to the community.
